Organic Flours & Mixes

Check out or freshly milled organic flour and mixes here at our flour mill in Bedeque, PEI. We mill organic whole wheat flour and organic unbleached whiteflour.The muffin mixes, pancake mixes, and delicious cookie mixes are all small batch produced.  Locally produced and proudly Made in Canada.

Brian and I originally started down the road of milling flour ,the first year we started our veggie boxes. That winter, veggies started to run out and we looked for something to fill the gap,and still bring a healthy box offering to our families. That first year was a learning curve as we milled flour with a kitchen mill for those first pancake mixes. The kitchen mill once used by both myself and my mother for milling flour for bread for the family. A year or so later we connected with a baker in a market in New Brunswick who traded us a load of straw for our first stone ground mill. That story still brings a smile as we had a very busy life and these little happenings pointed us in a direction. Then with slow and staedy progress this turned into a significant and rewarding part of our mixed farm. Forward a few years later we went through the path of having a small certified organic processing facility in a CFIA standard room.  We also brought in another stone ground mill from Austria that not only mills the whole wheat into flour but also will take the flour through sifters to have an unbleached white flour. Our flours are not enriched with anything,they are simply ground from certified organic wheat giving whole nutrition.

Our mixes are all crafted in small batches with our flour and other all organic ingredients and again with no added preservatives or enrichment.
We are certified organic through TCO Cert.
